Common Questions

Each client gets a unique installer script generated from their Client Settings page. The script is available as a PowerShell one-liner for Windows (can be deployed via GPO, Intune, or RMM), a bash script for macOS/Linux. Deployment typically takes under 2 minutes per endpoint.

The agent caches events locally for up to 72 hours and syncs them once connectivity is restored. Critical local alerts (like service crashes) still trigger local action scripts. The agent itself uses less than 50MB of disk space for its cache.

Go to Settings → Ticketing → Email Integration. You'll get a dedicated @tickets.heliqmsp.com address, or you can configure a custom domain with our email routing setup. Emails automatically create tickets, extract client info, and assign priority based on keywords and client SLA tier.

Absolutely. You can export all ticket history, client data, endpoint inventory, and analytics in CSV or JSON format at any time from Settings → Data Export. After account cancellation, your data remains available for export for 30 days, then is securely deleted.
