From Frustrated MSP
to Platform Builder

In 2022, Ronnie Barreto was running Houston TechSys — a small but growing MSP in Houston, Texas. He had 8 clients, 200 endpoints, and 3 different tools that refused to talk to each other.

Every morning started the same: check the RMM, switch to the ticketing tool, export a security report from a third system, and spend 45 minutes manually connecting dots. It was inefficient, error-prone, and frankly embarrassing to explain to clients.
